- Finally got to have my magnesium bath that I have been craving (Magnesium Flakes, Epsom Salts, Bicarb Soda, and Lavender oil)

Wednesday 9th Apr 2014
Day of de-boxing and sorting. Ugh. Weather was miserable, raining, cold, damp, dark :) But even though the last thing I felt like doing was unpacking boxes, I was motivated a little from knowing that each box I unpack and sort to sell/giveaway, is one step closer to the Sunshine Coast move. I need to get these possessions down so that I can move, and they aren’t going to sort themselves, so I need to get through this. So much to do but at the same time, I’m nearly done in the scheme of things. I’m almost ready to start packing what I’ll actually take and expect that this move is going to happen a lot faster than I expect, maybe very soon.

I really need the sun.. the last thing I felt like today was fresh juice, smoothies, or a salad. I wanted hot, comfort foods and hot coffees. I really wanted to start my juice fast today but this weather is making my body crave other things. One more box.. and another.. gotta get to Queensland.

More de-boxing, unpacking, cleaning, sorting, taking photos for uploading to buy/swap/sell and giveaway sites. Also appointment that I don’t want to go to at 3pm, they always make me wait an hour in their waiting room, so I’m dreading that.

Friday 11th Apr 2014
Spent the day listening to webcasts, teleseminars, and podcasts. Also took a 3 hour nap in the afternoon for 2 reasons.. I was freezing, and bed is warm, and because I wanted to connect to ‘source’. Will share my experiences with this when I feel the world is ready to hear lol, but in the meantime.. sleep more, sleep is a portal to knowledge. Turn your conscious brain off, more often.

Work day. Podcasts and Webinars again. Meditation. Great day at work, but as soon as I left, I felt sad for no reason (maybe weather?). Really cold day. Stomach feels uneasy too, last few days.

Sunday 13th Apr 2014
Work day. Pre-prepared Green Smoothie for the morning. Fab day until about 2:30pm, then all of a sudden my ‘buzz’ was gone and I felt ‘ugh’. Then about 5 minutes before finishing work, I knelt down to help a staff member, and as I got up, my knee ‘snapped’, and now I can’t walk on my right leg. Omg, took me 20 mins to get out of work (had to try and go up and down the stairs without putting pressure on my right leg), then I sat in the carpark for about 40minutes, trying to do “healing energy” on my knee, doing EFT, and trying to get into a space where I felt like it was ‘safe’ to take the 30 min drive home. Ugh. Once I got home and put my knee on a warm heating pad, I was able to ‘tap into’ my happy place again and now I’m happy but still can’t stand on my right leg. I hope I recover tomorrow because I’m back at work on Tuesday, then have the rest of the week off until Saturday.
