- 1/4 Avocado, Kale, Spring Onion, Walnuts, Flaked Almonds, Nori Flakes
- Tyrosine
- Water
- 2 x Coffees
- 2 drops Iodine
- Baby Kale, Baby Rocket, 3/4 Avocado, Asparagus, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Nori Flakes
Steamed Mashed Cauliflower & Red Cabbage with Butter, Himilayan Salt, Black Pepper, Nutritional Yeast
Veggie Burger with Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin - 1 x Coffee

6:30am wakeup.. got to see a gorgeous sunrise, drove to work in bumper-to-bumper traffic with full awareness of the irony.
Drive to work (40 mins). Got to work early because I left early to try and beat the traffic, nothing open. Went to McDonalds and had breakfast to kill time and because I was really hungry and unorganized this morning. Worked (5 hours). Drive home (30 mins).
Made various concoctions.. skin masks, hair dyes, and so on.

- 1 x Freshly Squeezed Juice (Carrot, Apple, Lemon, Ginger, Beetroot, Celery)
- 1 x Potato Cake
- 1 x Freshly Squeezed Juice (Carrot, Apple, Lemon, Ginger)
- 1 x Coffee
- Steamed & Blended into a “Mash”: Cauliflower, 2 x Chat Potatoes, Broccoli, Nutritional Yeast, Himilayan Salt, Butter, Black Pepper (OMG it was delicious)
- Chilli & Garam Masala Asparagus & Spring Onion
- Baby Kale. Baby Rocket, Walnuts, Flaked Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Olives, Cherry Tomato, Nori Flakes, Olive Oil
- Fried Chicken Tender with Coconut Oil, Garam Masala, Turmeric & Chilli Flakes (YUM)

D’oh, got called into work. Had a great time though.
Lots of people looking at the negative side of life, and I was just in an awesome mood. Doing my best to share the love energy into the air so that I could hopefully do my part to lift the darkness out of their lives.. all I can do really hehe.

- Entire Block of Chocolate whilst out shopping… :/

Erm.. kinda running out of food but working today and tomorrow.. should be interesting to see what I do.. hopefully I “make time” to get some more food.
