Finally have a new phone.. therefore, a new camera.. and even though it’s only 5mp (I think).. it should hopefully look a little better, and I should also be able to more easily take photos where I couldn’t before (before I could only take photos at home)

Jays 4th BirthdayBirthday Cake, Smarties, Icecream

You can see the mess I’m making of the backyard with my packing boxes.. getting there, but it’s so damn cold out there. Jay enjoying his prezzies that I bought him, a Hungry Hippo game and a lil (we call it) “guinea pig”. After work, I was greeted with some leftover birthday cake, smarties, and icecream :)

Veggie Burger, Chicken, Salad, NutsMcD Grilled Chicken Aioli Wrap

Super-crap day. Verbal telephone argument with someone still with both feet “stuck” in the matrix… and somehow I managed to let myself get dragged back into the illusion for a day. Unfortunately also my beautiful nephews 4th birthday. Got called into work so tried to find my happy place before I could spread my negative energy at work but woah, work was.. I dunno, in one word? fucked. So I hope I can have a good ol’ chat with my higher self tonight and see how I can crawl my way back out of the matrix. On the plus side, even this ‘bad’ day is still 10,000 times better than my old bad days. I was still able to dance, sing, chat & smile to some of the people I chat to around the centre. Unfortunately, I also allowed (and attracted) those that hate certain things about their life to bring their drama to me today too, normally I can turn it around and try and subtly share the truth (in words I think they will understand) but today I just allowed them to vent, and even participated a tiny bit. Definitely don’t want to become a mindless drone that co-creates negativity and drama. Overall today was mostly a day of avoiding people so that I don’t ‘infect’ them with my less-than-ideal charge, ironic timing too heh. Spent a little time pondering how Yogi’s would deal with people going out of their way to harm, but I don’t think I was in the right mindset to come to any conclusions. This post on “Happy for no reason” helped prepare me for work, and so did having a little ‘happy dance’ before driving & doing a little screaming/singing performance in the car on the highway. But I was still just “ugh” today, and didn’t really want to be around anyone. Definitely there is still full & very real negative emotions buried deep inside, even when you choose a “happy life” & that caught me off-guard and was a bit of a let down too… I know it’s ok to be ‘real’ and to feel each emotion & learn from it, rather than suppress it.. I still love my life and glad today is not an “everyday” affair anymore, just an ‘every now and unexpected then’ that I accidentally slip back in. Not to worry :)

This “motivational poster” sums up today, nicely:

Sweet n Sour Chicken

Today I worked early and honestly it couldn’t of been a better day. A complete flip from yesterday, I have no idea what my source experience was last night as I slept but I woke up feeling amazing, skip in the step again and I could not stop smiling all day. And when I wasn’t smiling, I was trying not to smile, so I had a bit of a smirk on my face. I can’t even remember how I felt yesterday but reading it just now, I’m like, huh? … really? Nawwww :)

Anyways.. got up around 6:30am, worked until 1:30pm, went shopping for an hour and a half, then came home, hung out with the nephews, played with my phone, didn’t achieve anything, in fact this blog post is an achievement all in itself cos it’s about the most productive thing I did outside of work today.

Didn’t cook today either.. coffee for breakfast, juices for lunch and my sister cooked sweet n sour chicken for dinner. Too easy. Not exactly healthy except for the juices though :)

Banana and Kale SmoothieChicken, Rocket, NutsChicken, Potato, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Kale, Rocket

Wow, interesting day. You know the other day when I had a screaming match with someone? Today I had an appointment with the same person. Spent an hour gathering my things together, and then decided that I was going to leave that company for a different one. I was recommended to a nearer one, and so I called them up and asked about transferring, they gave me another number, which I rang, and so the ball was in motion. Then I emailed all the things that I had gathered for the appointment to the email address of that guy, and within a couple of minutes, got a reply saying that the guy I had an appointment with is no longer in the company. How’s that for a surprise from the universe? So it turns out, I didn’t really need to do anything to re-align that problem in my life, the universe worked it out all on it’s own.
