August Green Smoothies [Food Diary]
This past month I’ve had a new focus, so I haven’t been doing my normal “weekly food experiment” on this website while I have been working on the new projects in my life (developing a new business and taking part in a “Rapid Action Challenge”).
But I still habitually take photos of everything I eat for my own tracking & accountability, so I thought I’d just do a quick post on the green smoothies I’ve made since my last food diary update.
As far as diet goes, I’ve just been pretty much sticking to the same diet.. various green smoothies, fresh juices, pretty much the same salad and some chicken tenders, and there were a few meals earlier in the month when someone else was cooking so I had meals that I don’t normally have.
Maybe I’ll also do a quick blog post with just the overview, but the dishes I’ve made the last few weeks pretty much all look the same – routine/simple/easy and no new “testing” or health research being done at the moment. I’m far from “done” with the health research so I’m sure I’ll start doing another experiment soon :)
