Convenient, Cheap & Healthy Food, Herb, and Detox “Shortcuts” I’m applying to my life to combat the NWO-food and other atrocities we’re facing in these dark times.

Finally got my hands back after more than 6 months of “wtf is this?“. So this is my “on an extremely tight budget” and “too busy researching & trying to wake people up urgently to take too much time in the kitchen” plan to making sure my body gets a daily boost/detox (and hopefully prevent that horrendous hand-situation from ever happening again).

  1. ) Weekly slow-cooker casserole / curry (6 meals/week)
  2. ) Weekly soup (4 cups/week)
  3. ) Weekly Ice-cube Nutrient Bombs (added daily to my water)
  4. ) Weekly save my citrus peels (to make a Quinine Solution)
  5. ) Daily Herbal tea (2 cups/day)
  6. ) Smoothies/Juices/Salads (less common in Winter)
  7. ) Mud Detox (3 x Week)
  8. ) Detox Bath (3 x Week)
  9. ) Castor Oil Packs (every now and then)

Taking photos at 10pm at night is probably not ideal, sorry about that, but this is generally a blog post for my own accountability and motivation so I’m not really that concerned that the pics turned out awful :)

Weekly Slow-Cooker Meals (Casserole or Curry)

I’m going to get out the slow-cooker once a week, and make a “batch” of something full of vegetables, spices, garlic, and turmeric. With either a curry-base or a broth-base – something with a lot of good beneficial ingredients and from the organic farm nearby if possible.

I’m pretty sure this is what “cured” my hands.

I’m going to keep 2 out to eat for the next 2 days, and freeze the rest. Once I’ve eaten those 2, I’ll bring one out of the freezer to pop in the fridge to slowly-thaw to be ready for the following day. At least this way, there will always be something “hearty”, tasty, and full of nutrients “ready-to-heat & eat” always available during Winter and I can add rice, mashed potatoes, green beans, broccoli or can still eat it alone, which makes these meals very versatile depending on what I feel like on any given day.

Ingredients will be whatever veggies I have on hand i.e. carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, beans, and tomatoes in all of them, as well as chickpeas or kidney beans or black beans, lentils, and additionally can add meat to combinations as well, like chicken, sausages, lamb, etc. If I do this weekly, there should be always a “choice” available in the freezer that is slightly different in flavour than the previous day, but always packed full of veggies (in fact, I mostly prefer vegetarian these days).

Weekly Veggie Soup

The same day that I get the slow-cooker out, I’ll make a vegetable soup out of the same ingredients. This helps me eat something healthy whilst the wonderful smell of the slow-cooker permeates through my apartment for 4 hours lol, but it also gives me several (around 4) “ready-to-go” cups full of ready-to-go nutrients for the next couple of days, and helps not waste food because everything (except the broccoli) is cut up on the same day I buy it, as well as committing to just a few hours each week to prepare healthy ready-to-go meals for the whole week.

Weekly Ice-Cube Nutrient-Rich Water Bombs

I only started this yesterday — and I’m so glad I did. I’ll get better at it and switch it up to have a variety of flavours and ingredients “ready to add to my daily water”.

So far I made a batch of Mango, Lemon, Ginger, Berries, Grapes, Carrot Juice, Pineapple, Mandarins, fresh Mint leaves from the garden, and various supplement powders.

It was good but I think from now on I’ll leave out the thicker, gritty ingredients & supplements and stick to making really simple trays like:

  • “Lemon & Ginger”
  • Beetroot & Ginger”
  • “Cranberry or Pomegranate juice, Lemon & Ginger”
  • “Pineapple, Lemon & Ginger”
  • “Pear, Apple & Ginger”
  • “Cucumber, Lemon & Ginger”
  • “Watermelon, Carrot & Ginger”
  • (Yep, there’s a Lemon-Ginger Theme here, I think these 2 are important for daily nutrient drops)

This way, I can add these ice cubes to my water bottle on a daily basis and turn it into an extra nutrient-boost/detox “liver-helper” and “immune-booster”, and can even add the lemon & ginger cubes to hot water or my herbal teas if I so desire.

Next batch Lemon, Pineapple, Ginger & Raw Honey

I’ll also separately add Apple Cider Vinegar or “Fire Tonic” to my morning water. (01)

Weekly save my citrus & ginger peels, to make a Quinine Solution

I’m going to start refrigerating my citrus & ginger peels to make my own version of Quinine and will probably add a little bit to each of these little icy-nutrient-juice-bomb ‘concoctions’.

To make it more convenient, I just get out the slow-cooker again, add 2 litres of filtered water, and cut up my peels, pith and unused-pulp (they are from friends’ trees so nice and organic and without any wax or other nasties), and the ginger peel left-overs.

6 hours in the slow-cooker on low and I have no idea what “name” you’d give the outcome, but who cares lol. It smells really awesome and we have 2 litres of lemon, ginger & mandarin peel goodness which my gut/logic tells me will be a healthy-addition to my ice-cube creations as well as hot teas and to my daily water.

Most likely full of flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamin c, quinine, and other beneficial plant chemicals that are bioavailable and more powerful than the synthetic versions we pay a fortune for with the pretty packaging.

Today’s slow-cooker concoction – Lemon & Mandarin peels/pith/pulp with 2 litres water (forgot to save my ginger peel)
End Result

When it’s finished, I’ll strain the peels to add the liquid to make 3 batches of ice-cubes, and put the remaining liquid in a bottle in the fridge to drink throughout the week. I could probably even use some of the liquid in cleaning products (with vinegar), and I’ll look up and see what I can re-use the left-over peels again for something (thinking as room-deodorizer perhaps).

Weekly Ice-Cube Nutrient-Rich Snacks

I’ll probably do the same to have instant-frozen snacks like a batch of Dates, Cashews, Walnuts, Hempseeds, Goji Berries, Blueberries, Coconut oil, Cacao, Maca, Chia seeds, Banana, etc blend it all up and put it in the ice cube trays and have a Tupperware-like container full of ready-to-go healthy-snacks too.

Quick batch, handy healthy snack or can drop into my smoothies

Above is a Ice Cube tray concoction of everything lol.. no recipe followed, mostly Dates, Banana, Avocado, Cacao, coconut oil, nuts, berries, & seeds — “mini-snacks” that I keep in the freezer that I can also pop in a smoothie.

This is my bench of various things that I add to smoothies or just to have “in my face” to remember to have (I have Aphantasia, and apparently this is a common trait amongst us – we need to ‘see” things or we forget to use them), like mushroom tea, or FenBen, etc.

I think it would be useful to make a big glass jar or tin of “already mixed” things that I would add to a smoothie and may do that one day, because it will save more time. Actually, that’s a great idea, I’m going to go and do it right now.

(Done… kind of… because there is 3-stages to a smoothie for me, I combined all the nuts & seeds, raisins & goji berries into a massive jug (that has it’s own quarter-cup sized cup built-in – I think it’s meant for “rice” – and I’ll use that as a quick “one scoop of this” to blend first before adding other ingredients, then I made another big tin full of supplements that I’ll use separately, in addition to my “ready-to-go” frozen foods below – call me lazy, dumb, or smart, lol, but I’m going with “quick-healthy-convenience” right now to improve the chances I’ll actually do it)

Smoothies and Juices

I had been having daily smoothies to try and repair my hands, but it wasn’t until I had the curry that my hands started to “immediately, almost over-night” heal, and it’s winter here, so I think during winter I’ll focus on the slow-cooker meals being the “nutrient” boost and in the warmer weather switch back to smoothies, salads & freshly-squeezed juice.

However I will probably still have regular smoothies, not every day but every few days, and what I do to save time is pre-mix all my frozen ingredients into “ready to go” sandwich bags.

In each bag I evenly-distribute berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries & raspberries), spinach or kale, mango or pineapple, dragonfruit or pomegranate, etc. – just enough in each bag for a ‘small’ handful, and I always do the bagging on the same day that I bring it home (my freezer is tiny anyway, so this makes it both convenient and be able to fit in a tiny freezer drawer).

  • First I add the nuts, seeds & supplements (all the dry stuff) and blend it up into a powder
  • Then I add coconut water along with my ready-2-go frozen goodies & blend it up
  • Then whatever fresh fruit & greens I have like a banana, avocado, mandarin, bit of cucumber, or handful of grapes, etc.
  • And then I usually add a couple of dates or prunes. (02)

Daily Herbal teas

I’ve had all my tea’s in separate jars and packaging, but I decided to mix them altogether into one glass jar (to save space in my tiny kitchen initially, but now I’m hoping that it will be beneficial to have the combination daily).

I have a separate jar for “Pine Needles”, so I’ll add a couple of spoons from each for a daily “2-3” cups of detoxifying and beneficial Herbal teas.

So everyday I can have a couple of these teas which is full of the various different benefits from the different herbs. (I hope it doesn’t do any weird alchemical thing where I don’t get the benefits, lol).

The current combo is things like Nigella black seeds, yarrow, nettle, green tea leaves, elderberry, ashwagandha, and a couple of others (…on the tip of my tongue).

Mud Detox (3 x Week)

So they’re killing us. Time to face the facts that there’s a chemical & heavy-metal shit-storm getting into us in some way or another. So aside from adding herbal teas which will help the liver, and nutrient-dense food which will help the cellular-regeneration & immune-boosting, I’ve made up a small batch (which should last many months) of a “Detox Mud Mix” based on a PDF I found when learning about Morgellons (a topic that I’m still in the newbie-stage of researching).

The Detox Mud Mix contains a mixture of Bentonite Clay, Activated Charcoal, a little bit of Diatomaceous Earth, and I would’ve added my powdered-form of Zeolite if I hadn’t of misplaced it (so will have to stick to taking my zeolite capsules separately which is less convenient but what’s a girl to do when she’s lost her powdered zeolite but knows it’s around here somewhere).

DetoxMudMix

So what I intend to do, is away from food, possibly on the same nights I take a bath, chuck a tablespoon of this concoction into some distilled water and skull it down.

In addition to the Mud Detox, I have Spirulina and Milk Thistle that I’ll take every now and then too.

I really should find a way to add daily coriander to my life but can’t see that happening at the moment, but that was an “awesome” heavy-metal detoxer that I used years ago to help cure myself of emphysema. Ideally I want to grow my own, but so far the coriander doesn’t love my neglectful method of gardening (although the neglect will probably disappear now that I have the use of my hands again…).

Detox Bath (3 x Week)

I love baths anyway, but they are even more important now that we know there’s some “weird shit” getting in us – graphene, nanotechnology, and god knows what else.

So my baths consist of:

  1. Two or Three Cups of Epsom Salt
  2. A lid-full of Borax powder (03)
  3. Quarter-cup of Bicarb Soda
  4. Essential Oils

I soak in the bath generally watching something long that I don’t normally have time for, and then scrub both myself and the bath, and finish with a shower to rinse everything off.

There’s probably more I can do, if I had more money, but this is cheap enough that even someone with a close-to-zero budget like me can handle, especially when I get the Epsom salt in bulk and it can last a few months.

(Yet to find somewhere that I can get bicarb or borax in bulk, and if I was rich, I would get a filter for the water & some kind of infrared sauna).

After the bath, I spray DMSO on myself (particularly when I had that crippling weird-ass thing happening to my hands). And in the next few days, I’m going to try adding a magnesium-oil solution that I diluted with distilled water, and DMSO into my eyes – wish me luck on that, I’m not looking forward to the stinging-pain that is promised, but apparently it will help with all sorts of eye issues, including eye floaters and although I’m fairly certain it’s the “computer screen” that is the cause of my “inability to read tiny ingredient labels anymore”, apparently DMSO + magnesium oil (made from magnesium chloride flakes not Epsom salts) is the answer there and I’m going to give it a crack once I’ve absorbed all the information I can about it.

Castor Oil Packs

Probably something I should do every night but I barely remember to do it, so this I’m only committing to “whenever I remember”. Basically just saturating a wool flannel with castor oil and applying a heat pack over the liver area for an hour or so.

It helps with the lymphatic system & detoxing/supporting the liver, but has many other benefits, including a significant temporary increase in the number of T-11 cells that boosts the body’s defence system against pathogens, fungi, bacteria, cancer cells and toxins. (05) (06)
