#1 Attracting New Clients = 40% of your time (Attracting, NOT chasing)

#2 Converting New Clients into Customers = 20% of your time

#3 Admin Tasks = 30% of your time

#4 Creating Content for your Business = 10% of your time

 

Weekly

So if you have 40 hours a week…

#1 = 16 hrs /wk = attracting new business

#2 = 8 hrs /wk = converting new clients into customers

#3 = 12 hrs /wk = admin tasks

#4 = 4 hrs /wk = creating content

If you have 20 hours a week…

#1 = 8 hrs /wk = attracting new business

#2 = 4 hrs /wk = converting new clients into customers

#3 = 6 hrs /wk = admin tasks

#4 = 2 hrs /wk = creating content

If you have 10 hours a week…

#1 = 4 hrs /wk = attracting new business
