No flour, eggs, sugar, oats, etc. Just healthy bananas, dates, coconut oil and walnuts… to me, this is such a tasty “grab n go” snack.. if I could only stop eating them long enough to keep some for later..
On a tight budget for the next few days, so making this red lentil & sweet potato soup out of my leftover groceries :)
Looking worse for wear lately.. if I were to diagnose by my face lines.. my kidney’s need some help. This week is all about researching how to improve the fatigue lines under my eyes and on kidney health in general.

This week “Everyone” has the flu.. it’s going around and knocking people out left, right and centre. I’m living with 2 people who are really sick with it. So my plan – do what I can to keep building up my immune system!
