Stress: You attract more of where you’re at
Thought I’d share one of my angry videos for a change, as I usually wait until after I feel better before I record, but this time, I thought I’d share my thought-process and how it doesn’t serve me to be all “victim-mode” and that only by turning around these negative thoughts and beliefs to positive ones, will solutions and happiness return.
