Stop putting disease-badges on yourself. Because when you label yourself as a disease – you’re walking around life with these labels “I am sick” and you are keeping yourself sick, small and limited, and you are telling your body that you will never change.

Someone commenting on old videos prompted me to watch them again and apart from being really embarrassed, I was also reminded about how I really had the right idea when it comes to healthy living and it’s what I needed to re-motivate myself to get back on track.
